ENTEC is a leading indigenous energy and utilities company based in Nigeria. Since its inception in July 2008, we have been dedicated to the generation of power, efficient distribution of electricity, and reliable gas distribution services for domestic and industrial users across Nigeria.
Additionally, we offer specialized consultancy services to organizations and government bodies, providing expert guidance on power generation and distribution projects, including comprehensive gas distribution solutions. With our expertise and commitment to excellence, we are at the forefront of driving sustainable energy solutions and empowering the growth of Nigeria’s energy sector.
As a Local Distributing Company currently covering the Sagamu-Ibadan axis, we have constructed approximately 7km out of our proposed 120km pipeline distribution network, and we are constantly expanding our network to reach more communities and businesses across the country.
We currently distribute piped natural gas to three off-takers; FLEX Films, Nixin Paper Mill, and FAN Renewables. Our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction has earned us a reputation as a trusted provider of energy solutions in Nigeria.
More recently, we have signed a Gas Sales and Purchase Agreement (GSPA) with TIGET, and we are at the verge of signing with two additional off-takers. This is a testament to our dedication to growing our business and meeting the energy needs of our clients.

Meet Our Chairman
Mr. Akeem Agbaje is a legal practitioner based in Ibadan, Nigeria. Mr. Agbaje had his primary and secondary education in Ibadan and graduated from the faculty of law of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife, Nigeria. He thereafter attended the Nigerian law school, Lagos. He has been in active practice for 17 years. He was a co – author of the African economic research consortium sponsored research on “foreign currency composition in external debt management” (1994 – 1995).
He is the chairman of Entec Power and Utilities Company Limited and Axis Power Distribution Company Limited both based in Ibadan, Nigeria.
